Joan Carroll

Though I moved from Newfoundland to Nova Scotia in 1980 and  have travelled and worked across most of Canada, Nova Scotia is and will always be home.

Before entering real estate I managed and grew a very successful multi-million dollar business in Atlantic Canada. The experiences I gained are immeasurable and gave me skills necessary for real estate from interacting with large numbers of people, marketing, customer service, conflict resolution managing a high sales volume, and negotiation.  

I have been a licensed REALTOR® for 11 years.  I enjoy meeting and helping people with the buying or selling process and developing lifelong relationships.  I am a great listener and bring high energy, integrity, and loyalty to every client.

In addition to servicing all of HRM, I also service the Eastern Shore. Property sales  in a rural setting can sometimes be a complicated process; having someone who is patient and experienced to guide you along the way can make the experience as stress free as possible.

I am an avid animal lover with a great sense of humour.  I have lived in Halifax and Dartmouth for many years and whenever I have downtime you will find my dogs and I walking along Grand Desert beach.
