Ryan MacMillan
Salesperson
Born and raised in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Ryan is proud to call this province home. A graduate of St. Francis Xavier University with a degree in Sociology, he believes real estate is about more than buying and selling houses—it is about understanding people, building relationships, and helping families make confident decisions.
Ryan brings a unique combination of construction, heating and home comfort, home inspection experience, and real estate knowledge. Originally a carpenter by trade, he began performing home inspections in 2014 before becoming a Certified Energy Advisor with Natural Resources Canada in 2017. Since then, he has completed energy assessments on more than 1,000 homes across Nova Scotia, gaining an in-depth understanding of how homes perform—from foundation to roof.
Ryan and his wife have bought, renovated, and sold homes together, giving him firsthand insight into the opportunities and challenges homeowners face. As a dedicated husband and father of three, he understands that every move is about more than a house—it is about finding the right place for your family’s next chapter.
Whether you are buying your first home, selling a property, or looking for your next investment, Ryan is committed to giving honest advice, knowledgeable guidance, and a people-first approach to help you move forward with confidence.
