Steve Carr

In 2023, Steve drove from on end of the province to the other to find us the perfect place to call home. So when it came time to sell, he was the obvious choice. Steve is truly caring, committed, compassionate. He will walk with you every step of the journey and will always have your back. He offers expert professional advice in every day language so you know exactly where you stand and what your options are. And his commitment doesn't stop there. He stays in touch to make sure the closing goes smoothly and then to ask how you are settling in to your new home. Steve, a simple thank you seems so inadequate but yet it says it all.

Steve is truly great at that he does. We just finished selling our second with him. He hosted many open house weekends, blasted our house all over social media, and kept us in the loop at all times. He offers great advice and is very knowledgeable so it took a lot of weight off our shoulders which was very very appreciated. Once again, thank you so much for helping us through this process. We look forward to the next!

Steve was absolutely fantastic and I'd 10/10 recommend him. We looked at a lot of homes, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. He's a genuinely nice person and was always happy to answer questions, take us to see more houses, and so on. We'd 100% choose him all over again!

Steve was very helpful with our search for our perfect home. He was always in the lookout for a property that meet all our various prefrences. He was always available for our questions, both big and small, and made the confusing process of buying a home easy and stress free. We would recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy or sell. We wouldn't have our dream home if it wasn't for him.

Steve Carr has been an exceptional realtor for us. We hired him for both the sale of one property and the purchase of another. He saved us thousands by discussing a solid purchase price and helping with the timeline for our sale. We had a difficult potential buyer and some trouble with the seller, and Steve really had our backs and solved several problems, managing both transactions very diligently. Steve's a really smart guy. He's professional and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He's got his finger on the pulse. He has been very respectful in all of his communications with everyone involved. And he's also a hard worker, puts the time in, and always answers calls and texts in a timely manner. I've already recommended him to others and will use his services in future when needed.

Steve was phenomenal!! We had a very tight minimal budget, yet he treated us as though we were buying a million dollar estate. Knowing our anxiety with highway driving, he drove countless times from one end of the province to the other to virtually show us over 35 properties. And he found us THE PERFECT place to call home. He was always there to answer our questions and guide us through the process - whether it was arranging home inspection or liasing with our lawyer or our bank - to ensure nothing was missed and all the T's were crossed and all the I's were dotted. We could not have done this without him. Steve is the ultimate professional. He will never ever let you down. We are so grateful to him.
