Hi, I’m Brianna Hosking!

Born and raised in Halifax, real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family built and sold 12 homes, so weekends were often spent walking construction sites, picking paint colors, and learning the ins and outs of homes firsthand. That early experience gave me a unique understanding of what it really takes to build and sell a home - knowledge I now bring to every client I work with.

I own investment properties and have completed a home flip myself, so I know firsthand the challenges and rewards of buying, renovating, and selling a home. I also ran my own business selling recycled appliances, which taught me how to manage projects, negotiate deals, and provide excellent service - skills I now use to guide my clients with practical insight and confidence.

I hold a Business degree with a major in Human Resources, which gives me strong skills in negotiation, organization, and communication - all tools I use to make my clients’ buying or selling experience smooth, informed, and stress-free.

As a proud mom, I’ve learned patience, organization, and the importance of truly listening to what matters most. I love connecting with people and helping them navigate big life moments while feeling confident and supported.
