Nikhil Kapoor brings a strong combination of real estate experience, business leadership and a genuine commitment to helping clients make smart, confident property decisions. 
Over the past five years, Nikhil has completed more than 100 real estate transactions across Halifax Regional Municipality. His experience includes helping first-time homebuyers, newcomers, growing families and investors, with transactions spanning resale homes, new construction, luxury properties and select commercial opportunities. He is particularly recognized for his negotiation skills, new-construction knowledge and honest, client-first advice. 
Nikhil recently completed the Nova Scotia Broker Licensing Course, further strengthening his professional knowledge and commitment to serving clients at a high standard. 
Before entering real estate, Nikhil built nearly three decades of international business and leadership experience. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and management education from IIM Calcutta, he brings a disciplined, analytical and strategic approach to every transaction. 
Beyond real estate, Nikhil is actively involved in Halifax’s community and cultural initiatives. He believes real estate is not simply about buying or selling a property—it is about helping people choose the right home, protect their financial interests and build long-term wealth.
