The land slopes up from the Shore Road to two large plateaus. These building sites are on the edge of wide flat areas of forest, interrupting the uphill trend of the land. The expansive viewscapes (meaning the downslope trees in front of the plateaus) have been cleared and enhanced. These two areas are about 300 feet and 400 feet above sea level. There are two prepared building sites are the ones where one would most likely build.
