I have been selling residential real estate since I was 21 years old so I have had full time immersion in this profession for over 35 years. I am still incredibly young at heart with a warm energetic personality. I love helping people realize their goals of getting the most for their home or doing the best they can when buying with as protection as possible with the least amount of stress (and there is a lot as moving is on the top 3 stressors in your lifetime!). During my lengthy career I have made it my purpose to stay very current and also learn continually in order to give my clients a great education and also be able to help them with the many issues that can come up whether with financing, inspections, legal aspects and so many others. I can recommend professionals in all fields related to real estate and then some. 

The world of selling real estate has not changed much yet it has changed a lot. The average realtor will survive approximately 4 years . Why? Many find the lifestyle extremely difficult because it is in your daily life always.  Many just don't make the amount of money they expected because we do have to pay our broker for their brand, their office space, their administration, their marketing. We then pay for our own additional marketing and advertising as well as ongoing monthly expenses before we actually get a paid. Selling real estate is not an easy profession at all, it requires a strong work ethic and one wears many hats as there are many aspects and professionals who are involved with one transaction. 

I am systemized, highly organized, I consider myself to be one of the best in HRM and I have integrity.  I started with the goal that I wanted to treat people as I would treat myself. This philosophy has enabled me to be incredibly successful having worked on thousands of transactions and ultimately with thousands of people from all walks of life and many different cultures. I have had a team, I have managed an office, I have been a top producer for decades.  I know what I am doing, I specialize in marketing homes.  I also have superior negotiating skills simply due to experience.
