Erik is a seasoned real estate advisor with several years of advisory experience. He has a strong knowledge base of Nova Scotia's real estate market that clients around the world have repeatedly relied upon. Erik is an economist at Fertsman Analytics (www.fertsman.com) focusing on the Canadian real estate sector. He currently runs one of the best performing real estate models in the country. Before becoming an advisor with RE/MAX in 2021, he operated a brokerage specializing in facilitating international trade based out of Halifax and was co-founder of a tech startup. Erik holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from Dalhousie University and speaks English, Russian and French.RE/MAX has always been more than selling homes.
